				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have an HP lap top mod HP 5160 US recently it failed to start up took it to a repair shop, guy had to re set mother board ????<br/><br/> Still failed to start until he put an 18.5 volt power pack into the system, Im using a generick power pack that puts out either 18 or 19 volts,I was using 18 volts repairer set it for 19 volts and it works great, is this slight increase in voltage OK or should I get an 18.5 output ?<br/><br/></p>
