I'm an IT administrator with a little over 500 end users, running Windows 2000 and XP. One of our users is experiencing a problem with her Internet connection suddenly dropping for no apparent reason. When she restarts her computer, everything works fine for awhile, but then the connection drops...

Cannot Print via Network
I have several HP networked printers. I install the printers as local printers with the latest drivers. They all have fixed IP addresses. I can ping them and connect to them via HTTP and make changes from the browser interface. Yet, some will print and some will not. I'm running Windows XP SP2.
