What should I expect when installing a terminal server?

in my company have 230 employes i want to install a terminal server. what is the function of terminal server and what is basic requirement and how to install this how many terminal connect with them

Exchange 2007 install

I’m looking for a HCL for Exchange 2007. We are planning to install Exchange 2007 on a IBM I5/OS, Version 6 Release 1 Mod 0, H Bladecenter. I cannot seem to find an HCL for Exchange 2007, only Server 08. Also we have in place 2 Exchange 03 servers now in the netowrk on same subnet one is on the I5 H Bladecenter now, the other is on stand alone hadware. Both Exhcange 03 versions are 6.5 Build 7638.2 SP2, running on a 2003 server SP2 (on I5), and a 2000 server SP2. Any consideration will be appreciated.

I have client working on a HCL pc with 2GBram core2 processor he is working on SQL server the problem is that the performance goes down in the evening and hangoff and he even could not open his network drive can any one you could suggest some solution for this problem
