Does anyone know why my Active Directory Accounts are locked out on first log0n, after a user has been prompted to create a new password as part of Group Policy? If so, do you know how to resolve the problem? I have it set to lock out after 5 failed logons, but it's doing in on the first try.

I have a client who has a user that uses two different machines. What they want is for that user to have internet access on one machine but not the other. I don't think it is possible, but I may be wrong. Does anyone know of a way to set a policy for this? They use Windows Server 2003.
