Determining how much of electric bill goes to data center
I’m writing a definition for “pre-green bill” and need help. Cisco says to take your company’s electric bill and determine how much is going towards the data center. They’re calling it the “pre-green bill.” My question is how do you do that? Cisco doesn’t say.

Who determines what is “green”?
Who determines whether or not a product is green? Is it environmentalists or manufacturers? Are there any standards?
