Error message when transferring data from a CD
When I attempt to transfer data from a CD, I receive a message that the CD is read only and that I need to either copy from the CD or change the individual file data to be read only. GP Smartlist Install
On installation of GP on a new PC where Smartlist was checked, Smartlist does not show as an option within GP. This person has proper permissions in the appl and accessed the feature before. What are we missing?

Great Plains Integration Error – Paasword Required
My integration of Misc Return credits is failing as the error “Password required : None Specified” keeps poping up. We have used this integration in the past for invoices and it works fine.

Integration manager not available from the tools menu
Integration manager for Great Plains 9.0 has been installed properly and registered. However, it is grayed out in the tools menu but run integration is not. How do I make it available in the tools menu?

Great Plains 8 ODBC Error (45)
This just started today, Great Plains has been working for a good time now.
