<p>I have having problems bringing up a diskgroup in ASM. When I try to mount it, ASM hangs. When I review the GMON trace file, it shows the diskgroup trying to mount and is says &#8220;Member state = 4&#8243;. What&#8217;s a member state and what are the possible values and definitions for it? </p>
