How can I access a hidden mailbox when it is hidden from the GAL?

For SBS 2008, the user properties does not have the Exchange Advanced tab to hide the user from the Global Address List from Outlook 2007?

I have a user on one of my sites that cannot see the company GAL. This particular site is running Outlook 2003 as the email client, and Exchange 5.5. I am new to Exchange, and I realise this is a very old version of Exchange, I would appreciate any pointers. thanks.

We have Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2003 and 2007 clients, we have over 15,000 user accounts plus contacts. Because of the many duplicate names, we have been asked to change the view to put company or department next to the name where title currently is displayed. Does anyone know how to change the view? Thanks

Can’t see account in Global Address List

I made account as usual. and check in global address list that account.
but it is not shown in global address list. but it is shown in all users in all address list.

is it because exchage server in local cound’t connect exchange server in remote which
is head of exchage server? how can I solve this problem? please let me know,.

Outlook Address Book missing

I have this serious issue.I click for a new message and the click on to/cc/bcc i am getting this message “No entries in this Address Book”. I tried this fix http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;287563&Product=ol2002 but it didnt help.Also its not only with my contacts i dont see anything in my addess book.I think i am missing my GAL?
Plz advice…

We are using exchange 2007, based on termination mail user Id gets disbaled, removed from all membership and hidden from GAL. disbaled users are visible now in outlook even though hidden from GAL. Please help us to resolve this issue.
