ILM GAL with Exchange 2003

I've read the requirements and understand them, but I have not seen info stating that IIFP doesn’t work completely with Exchange 2007. Does ILM fully support Global address list synchronization with Exchange 2003?

outlook profiles not get proper Global Address List

The main outlook profile mailbox sees all the contacts in the GAL even the new users. The 3 additional profiles that were added are seeing the GAL but not seeing any of the new ids that were created in the last few months.

What is the time frame for the global address book to be updated and how is this accomplished when adding a new user to active directory?

Will deleting a user from Active Directory delete him from the Outlook GAL?

I deleted a user from Active Directory and then downloaded a new copy of the global address list (GAL) in Microsoft Outlook. However, the user's name still shows up in the Outlook GAL. Why is that? How can I delete him from the GAL?

Move Exchange Internet Addresses container from default location

Is it OK to move the "Internet Addresses" container, which is found in Active Directory (AD) and used by the Exchange global address list (GAL), to another container other than where it resides on a default basis (inside the "Users" container)?
