  • Outlook users need to add global contacts & groups

My Outlook users want to add customer contacts (global) and then put them in groups. All users will need access to these distribution groups and individual contacts.

  • Distribution groups in AD

I have created several distribution groups in a container in the forest. However, these groups do not display in the global address book, only in their own sub-group within the global address book. Help.

  • Global vs All users address book Exchange 2003

adding new users to Exchange03 they show up in the "all users" list but not in the Global Addresses. Thought this was a replication issue, but replication should have taken place after 1 week and a forced replication command. Any ideas would be appriciated.
