Windows Ghost with Windows XP

Hello i'm new user here i just want to ask if Ghosting the hdd's is reliable always windows xp , i have around 18 pc's so i want to install my games and stuff and then ghost the hdd's like copy them , is it ok for windows xp or i shouldn't do that ?  and if anyone advice me with some network...

Ghost 8 boot disk extract

Hello all, I have a ghost 8 boot disk that I would like to extract in order to add more files to the disk. When I extract the files off the disk, they are compressed in .bin files. Is there anyway to decompress .bin files? It would be much nicer for me to extract the files from this CD...
