Outlook 2003 GAL issue

I have one user who cannot seem to see the Global Address List on the Exchange server. It is a new system with a fresh Office 2003 Pro install. Any ideas? I have checked all of the Outlook/Exchange settings and everything is normal; all other users can access the list just fine. Thanks!

User Can't see GAL (Outlook 2003/Exchange 5.5)

I have a user on one of my sites that cannot see the company GAL. This particular site is running Outlook 2003 as the email client, and Exchange 5.5. I am new to Exchange, and I realise this is a very old version of Exchange, I would appreciate any pointers. thanks.

Disabled and hidden users are visible in GAL

We are using exchange 2007, based on termination mail user Id gets disbaled, removed from all membership and hidden from GAL. disbaled users are visible now in outlook even though hidden from GAL. Please help us to resolve this issue.
