Full connection details for the closed connection include: &#8211; local IP address is 10.1.18.1 &#8211; local port is 20 &#8211; remote IP address is 204.153.216.40 &#8211; remote port is 1243 Reason codes and their meanings follow: 1 = TCP connection closed due to expiration of 10 minute FINWAIT2 timer. 2 = TCP connection closed due to R2 retry threshold being run.</p>

All of a sudden a lot of them stopped working once the programs tried sending data (with a PUT or a GET).   The error is &#8216;FTP 425 Error:  Cannot Open Data Connection&#8217;.    Our Network Services department here in IT claim it&#8217;s nothing they did (as expected).  However, they like to make security changes without telling anyone.  Any idea what they did?</p>
