Does anyone have a utility to find file header to file extension mismatches? For example, INI files where the first two bytes are "MZ" would be a mismatch.

File Extension .tdcsv

While saving a pdf or a tif file, my customer's software is automatically adding the file extension of .tdcsv to the name of the file. This doesn't normally happen. Doos anyone know why this could be happening?
