Can AutoCAD edit .cal drawings?

MS Office 2007 File Converter Pak does not work
First the the machine is an XP Pro SP3, with MS Office 2003 SP3. The problem is the file converter pack for office 2007 file extensions does not work. I have all the patches for both XP and Office, uninstalled then reinstalled the converter pack, still no luck. I have also disabled any plugins in [...]
