Can I broadcast fax a notice to customers and vendors we have moved to a new location?

Faxed reports get added blank lines
When I look at a report in the QFFSND outq it looks fine and is two pages. When I get the faxed report it has added blank spaces and makes the report 4 pages long. Is there a way to find out why the extra spaces are being added?.
