Change file system from NTFS to FAT32

how to change ntfs to fat32 because i want to use 300gb external hdd in linux pc but does not mount in linux pc because external hdd in ntfs

My removable drive not using the complete 16gb volume, What needs to be done?

I have a 16gb memory card, formatted fat32, I am trying to add data, 8gb, I get a notice that there is not enough disk space. It is plugged into a usb port. What needs to be done to access the complete volume? Can this be reformatted ntfs? I tried there is no way that I can see to do it.

convert NTFS in to fat32

i want to ask that when hdd is having fat32 partition it is possible to convert in to NTFS , but when u convert it in to NTFS , then afterwards it is not possible to again change it in to fat32 so i am asking u why ?
