What indicates high thresholds in TCP statistics, especially Failed Connection Attempts?
I am trying to learn about TCP statistics, especially Failed Connection Attempts. What value would indicate a high threshold? Also, what causes these errors to occur? Does this indicate an issue at the remote or local host? Or does it have to do with network bandwidth or lack of I/O, etc.? Thanks!
