My external drive is supposed to have a capacity of about 1TB (931 GB, but when I tried to back up the data on my new computer, it said it was full after 459 GB. With my old computer, it appeared to back up everything.
So this is really stumping me. Starting this Monday I cannot Modify folders on my external. I can create them and open them but cannot save/rename or other modifies. I first noticed it because our remote IT company installed updates on Sunday and all the Microsoft update temp files were still on...
Can system restore points for our windows 2003 r2 server be stored on an external drive or a network drive? How would we restore them in an emergency?
