• PDF files changing to EXE files

In copying pdf files to a flash drive, when I move them to another computer they show up as exe files so they cannot be used in the graphics program on the destination computer.  Is it me or the equipment?  Original computer is Windows 7, target computer is XP

  • Harvard Graphics .RLB file open to watch

I have an old program which uses RLB files for video clips.  The EXE file is hopelessly out of date and I would like to watch the clips.  I have a file viewer that reads the ASCII file but I would like to see the footage.  Is there anything out there that will let me do this?  Thank you
