I can’t forward any emails

How can I combine my personal calendar (Google or whichever would work best) with my MS Exchange work calendar so I can see all my events together?

I have a delegate to another person’s Outlook calendar and when in daily view she can see that he has appointments but I can’t see what the appointment is, but in the monthly view the delegate can see what the appointment is for. Any idea how to get the delegate to see what the appointment…
