Remote access with IP address
Are you sure the website is being published on the IP address that you think it is? Are there other IP addresses on this machine? What do you get if you type in http://127.0.0.1:8080/MovieGalaxy/index.html? Most probably this is caused by the fact that JBoss (somewhere after 4.0.5) does by default bind only to local network [...]

Exchange 2007 mailbox size notifications
The exchange server should already be sending a “near your limit” message to the shared mailbox. Are you asking for a separate email be sent to individual users? Are you referring to Public Folders vs Mailboxes

How to setup access to a .pst for someone who is no longer here
If you use outlook to export their mailbox to a .pst file you can save it wherever you wish. You can also use exmerge on the exchange server to export their mailbox, but if you use outlook 2003 instead you will not have a limit to the size as it will be in unicode.

MS Exchange 2003 Distribution Groups and SMTP message limits
Exchange 2003 allows you to “nest” distribution groups and counts each one as a single address. So as long as your distribution groups have 20 or fewer members in each then you can nest them successfully. Otherwise you have created a conflict you cannot resolve and you may want to rethink your strategy.
