If your organization has Outlook Web Access enabled, meaning you can check your email with a browser from any where you have an internet connection, then: http://www.blackberrycool.com/2005/05/11/how-to-receive-email-on-your-blackberry-from-outlook-web-access-account/ You can Google add exchange account to blackberry and get tons of info if that above is not enough. Good Luck! Scott PS This is how we have [...]
They are “gone” because they are getting downloaded to a pst to one of the machines. The one you can still see them on has downloaded the emails to a pst on the local drive. You will have to switch that machine back to a MAPI connection and re-import the pst to the Exchange account [...]
Yes, you’ll need to fire up ADSI and remove the references to the old server. This page should help you out.
It can only de done from the client, not system manager.
Yes you can map a drive to another server with enough drive space, then set the temp drive to be that mapped drive letter. It may take longer depending on your bandwidth, but I have done it and it worked fine for me.
In the AD account profile go to the Exchange General tab. Click the Delivery Options button. There is a forwarding address field there. First you have to create a contact in AD with the external email address. You can also choose to deliver messagees to both the mailbox and the forwarding address.
What is it you need to back up? Are these Exchange accounts or ISP mailboxes or some other mail system? Please specify. Are these POP3 accounts and you need to back up the pst’s? Please provide more information. If you have a product backing up the local drive then the pst file is already being [...]

I work on it later today. I want to make sure this is the only thing to do. because SBS 2003 server has built in Exchange and we are using it. Not Popping the email. Also, I only want to forward a copy to this [...]
should be no problem
What you need to understand is that free/busy in Exchange 2003 is handled by the Schedule+Freebusy folder which is a system folder in the public folder tree. You need to create public folders for the Exchange 2007 server and then replicate the schedule+ freebusy folder from the exchange 2003 public folders to the exchange 2007 [...]
I would compare everything in the new users’ profiles in AD to known working profiles to see if you can find the differences. Also do you use a third party filtering service such as Message Labs? Have they sent emails to external addresses successfully? I know Message Labs has an address registry which blocks new [...]

Your domain controller should absolutely NOT have a public ip address. The “best” configuration will depend on your specific needs and budget, but the minimum requirement will be a firewall of some type, and possibly an additional router, depending on your Internet connection. I am not so sure that you can. Messages sent to you ren’t marked any different if they are “private” than if they are not. When you give some rights to your inbox they will be able to see everything.
What could be more easy than the Export / Import function on the File menu? It is only about five mouse clicks to export a PST file to a location of your choice and about 5 mouse clicks to import the file into another PC. Also, SanDisk Cruzer Flash Drives come with free U3 software [...]
