Using Outlook 2003, can two or more computers access emails and sent items.
I use Outlook 2003 for my home office. Can a co-worker at another location access not only my Outlook 2003 emails but also my responses (sent items) and can I access their responses and other activities?

Outlook 2003 Email disappears
We have a xerox printer 7655 that we use to print, fax, email scan. Every time I scan the document after I log in to the xerox the email appears in my inbox but it will disappear.  It there any reason why should outlook 2003 disappears? Help

Duplicate e-mail in the sent folder

Require SharePoint Check In Comments?
How are check in comments made mandatory?  Versioning is turned on, and check out is required, but check in comments seem to be optional.  We are using WSS 3.0, not MOSS.  Thank you! Stacey
