Major differences between Outlook 2007 and 2010?
What are the major differences between Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010? Is there a need to upgrade if we just did last year? We have Windows 7 on the desktop and office 2007. If there are big differences, we will want to upgrade. Is there a matrix somewhere? I could not locate one.

We are now required to save all emails for 5 years. How can I automatically do this with our Exchange server? Is there a way to compress it on another machine as to not waste so much room on the production server? Are there applications that do this or is it a built-in feature?

There must be a way to modify the dictionary in the server to add correctly spelled word for Outlook Web Access spell checker. Is the format of the dictionary file used by OWA available?

Rules that we created in Outlook 2002 are not visible when we upgraded the user to Outlook 2003, but the rules are visible in OWA. What has to be done to get them into the desktop client? We do not want to downgrade.
