When I block someone their email still appears in my Deleted Folder
If you do not want them being downloaded at all, you can block the sender using a rule. There is no automatic way to do this. The pst file is a locally stored file on the pc to which the exchange server does not have access. The user can manually move the mail from the pst folder to the exchange mailbox folder.
