Can we have a global address book in AD that will let users in Outlook choose network users email addresses? Can this be done?

Can we prompt Outlook 2010 users to archive older emails 2 times a year and bring up a wizard to do it? Will it also compact the folders or does this need to be done manually?

Setting up backup Exchange Server
How can I setup a backup exchange server? We have a MX record that points to our main box. I want the secondary MX record to point to the backup machine with a lower priority. How can I point clients to the backup machine if the primary one goes down?

Can’t See New Folders in Public Folders from Outlook

Email encryption with Barracuda spam firewall

Public Calendar Permissions

Not seeing e-mail on BlackBerry Bold in folders with rules in Outlook
