How can PDF be set so only one person can view at a time?
i dont think you could limit this in any fashion except through acrobat standard/professional, the reader is just reading the document so it doesnt place a lock on it like office would with a word doc ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ PDF does not have that capability. How do I give access to my Outlook 2010 folders to another user?
configurethe other user to load and open your mailbox when they start outlook. From the control panel, select mail, select the profile to edit, select the data file settings tab, go to the advanced tab, and add the mailbox. Locate the PST file in Explorer. Right-click on it, select properties and remove the Read-Only attribute.
