Advice about upgrading R70 to R71.30, what is the best way to do that. Do we need to upgrade primery and downstream componenets same time or we can do primary first and lafter few months upgrade the downstream.

I am not running Exchange Server but using pop3. Today outlook has started putting up a message saying “Contacting the server for information”. Any ideas how to fix this. I am running XP. Thanks
