Not sure what you mean by event, I don’t believe that is an option, but you can certainly schedule an email to go out on a specific date. Go into options on the email and checkmark “do not deliver before” and select the date.

Click Tools>E-mail Options>View or change an existing directory or address book>Next. Select Outlook Address Book and click Change. Remove the bad folder references there or try out with ScanPST.EXE. It’s the Inbox Repair Tool for OL2007, it should be in the C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice12 folder. Try to repair the pst files.

We use WebSense to block all unauthorized web traffic. I am sure there are many other web blocking tools you can use for this as well. I am not familiar with everything available out there. I am sure there are others who can make recommendations for you as well.
