Best practices for backing up Exchange server to a tape drive
What is the best practice when it comes to backing up an Exchange server, message stores and all, to a tape drive? Is NTbackup sufficient or should we look at backup exec or brightstore?

IBM email servers keep crashing
What is going on with the IBM email servers?  Why aren’t we getting any notices as to why they are going down and don’t seem to be going back up after 5 days or more?  We are loosing business daily!
