Retrieving emails off Exchange server
I have a client who used POP3 to download her mail onto outlook client 2007 off an exchange server, problem is she lost he laptop….is it possible to retrieve her emails off the exchange server

Outlook 2003 Sent Messages are disappearing
Outlook 2003 has started to malfunction for mysterious reasons.  The “Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder” is checked, but sent items are stored in the Sent Message folder only momentarily before disappearing forever.  I’ve tried reinstalling Outlook but it doesn’t fix the problem.  Any other ideas?

Best practices for backing up Exchange server to a tape drive
What is the best practice when it comes to backing up an Exchange server, message stores and all, to a tape drive? Is NTbackup sufficient or should we look at backup exec or brightstore?
