You need to get with your exchange server administrator to get that information, unless you are looking for Hotmail or GMail, then that is a different story.

Outlook pst files problem
Try to run Outlook in safe mode. If that does not help, go for a third party PST Repair tool. I would recommend Stellar Phoenix PST repair tool.

Outlook.PST file
You can easily delete it with no problem, but, before you do, have you tried to repair it using the tool that comes with Outlook?  Here is the Knowledge Base article on it, might be worth a shot.  It is Q296088.

Fax log
Depending on the type of software you are using, there should be an area that you can make changes on the length (days, weeks) and the amount of disks space that you want to use for the log.  Try sending this question to the vendor and see what they say because without you telling us [...]

Administration
It seems that your sys admin has initiated a policy to block all links due to spam emails, which is a very good policy.  A lot of people click on those links without truly knowing what they are doing and wind up introducing a lot of problems for those that have to clean it up.  [...]

Exchange Questions
Its a bit hard to tell with the limited information but: If your DNS is down, mail will not work. Apart from that I don’t think exchange really cares if your DC is up or not as it is not something that depends on its services, usually. To be really detailed about this you’d have [...]

Remote desktop protocol
For different OS’es, there are different procedures, and since you did not give what version of Windows your daughter is on, I am going to guess 7 and give you this link: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/turn-on-remote-desktop-in-windows-vista/ I know, it says Vista, but, go to the site and it also shows 7.  Good luck.

Linking corporate gmail to my personal Gmail account, can my company see my personal gmail?
If they have access to the other account and you link them together, then there is a very good possibility that they can see it, unless you leave the password option alone, where you have to enter the password each time you access the account.

Why some pst files in my outlook folder do not appear on the list?
There is the possibility that you have not mapped them.  If you deal with a lot of Personal Folders in Outlook, I would highly suggest that you name the folders, the source folders, the exact name of what you want them to be, i.e., Marketing, Fiscal.  Not only would it help you figure out which [...]

Go to Settings page. Under the option  ”Create contacts for auto-complete”, ensure that you check “When I send a message to a new person, add them to other contacts…” option.  This should work.

Calendar issue
If you are using Outlook, he either needs to take you off of his DL so that you do not receive anymore invites, and/or, you need to remove those dates that are already on your calender so that you don’t receive those reminders telling you what is coming up.

Shared calendar
It would depend on a couple of things first.  Is it a private calendar or a calendar on a network?  If so, the network administrator or the owner may have set it where you do not have access.  We need more information.
