Inbox keep date headings closed
Everytime I go into my inbox the date headings are open, I close them and they are open again the next time I go into them. How do I keep them closed unless until I want a certain date open?

Gmail emails won’t send
This happens fairly often on my Mac Air. I can still receive emails, but when I try to send, it says server can’t be contacted on the default ports. Since it works okay 99% of the time, what is the problem?

I support two additional calendars (bosses) in addition to mine. When adding imported calendar info, say from American airlines, to add for my boss, it always goes to my calendar and not his. It has his email address on it. How do I add to the proper calendar.

No longer able to view images in Outlook e-mails – safe senders
Can no longer view images in all e-mails. Just started yesterday afternoon. No images are displayed. The option at the top to download images or add to Safe Sender’s List is not there anymore. I’ve re-booted x 2. Updates are up to date. Everything was fine yesterday morning.

When we try to access the Exchange server using OWA access, we get the error “service unavailable”, using http://192.168.0.1/exchange. It’s on a member server, previously it was also a DC and Exchange server.
