How di I identify hackers accessing my computers?
messages are sent from my computer in the evening when I am not using it. It is turned off. Emails were sent to presidents in various natinos as well as email stating I have declared bankruptcy, which I have not. I have two separate computer security softwares on my home and office computers. Please advise.

Why will a name appear on the left side of my screen at times and then be gone at other times. The green light is not on but the name appears at some times and then not others.

After writing an email, I did spell check and had duplicate words, so it ask if I wanted to delete. I did and whole document deleted. How do I get this document back

Moving gmail emails to folders
Until recently I was able to hit an icon and “move” email items I want to save to various folders. Something has changed where I no longer have that option. My folders are now called labels and I can’t move my emails. What happened and how do I save emails now ?

I have always been able to delete sent emails from the Sent folder. Now when I try to delete a line appears through the email and there is no option available to permanently delete the message. Has some sort of protect setting been selected?
