I run a SMS scrpt that includes a .prf file which imports the exchange settings for the user so they do not have to enter any information themselves. This works on all computers execpt one. Is there a way to use the OWA Options; “Mobile Devices”, with the Blackberry. There are useful tools such as recovering the mobile password and clearing the device if lost. I assume because the Blackberry is using BIS, that is why the mobile device doesn’t show under “Mobile Devices” in Options within OWA.
