Delayed email delivery (Exchange 2k3)
This one may be out of your hands. If Exchange is unable to deliver an SMTP message it will retry at various intravals until the message is either delivered, or until a timeout threshold is reached and the message is said to be undeliverable. In either case, the problem can be caused by issues on [...]

podmena traffica test – What is this email trying to do?
I could not find anything meaningful about “podmena traffica test ” but it sounds like some kind of Spam. Best practice is if you don’t recognize the sender, just delete it. Good Luck! -Flame I’d say the best practice is not to ignore it but bring it to your provider or system administrator’s attention. The [...]

Undo giving Admin permissions to the users. Give the new user rights to view the other user’s inbox from within Active Directory. If needed, also provide permissions to send on behalf of the other user. Now have the new user set up their Outlook MAPI profile to log onto a secondary mailbox. Alternatively, the new [...]

Exchange 2007 MMC in Windows 2008 not showing All Storage Groups
I don’t know of a specific setting, but there are a couple of things that you should check. First, verify that the server is pointed to the correct DNS server, and that it is able to communicate with your global catalog server. You might also run some latency tests on the server. I have seen [...]

why would you install active directory or DNS on the new 2003 server? It’s exchange, it needs to only do exchange. I wouldn’t recommend installing AD/DNS with exchange in the same OS space. Backscatter is a certain kind of mail you receive that you didn’t ask to receive. If you’ve ever received a “Your mail could not be delivered” bounce notification, a “Your mail contained a virus” notice, or a request to confirm your signup request for a mailing list you’ve never heard of, you’ve probably received backscatter.
