The only way to do this is to programe an agent on the server. It will track the message with specifid subject, or message or user as you want and forward it to where you want it. It will be a real forward. But this is not native in Domino you need to write the [...]
From <a href=”http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2007/20070313.htm”>this web page</a>, Printing Workaround in Outlook 2007: Printing in Outlook 2007 sucks. But if the message is in HTML format, not all is lost. Open the message, click Other Actions button and choose View in Browser. Now you can print the message using the browser’s much better print options, such as controlling [...]
Depending on your version of Exchange, you can utilize Outlook Web Access. We’re using Exchange 2003 and for users external of the domain, they log into email witn OWA. It works fairly well. Everything has it’s limitations, but you don’t need a VPN just to get your email. If I remember right, Exchange 5.5 and [...]
You will need a third-party tool for this. Maybe someone is already using one successfully who coud recommend it. I have reviewed the one from <a href=”http://www.quest.com/InTrust-Plug-in-for-Exchange/”>Quest software</a> but we ou compnay is not allocating any spending for this sort of thing so I have not used it. Looks good though.
from the file menu, archive, select folders , subfolders, select older than date, include items marked do not archive. Create the .pst and burn it to a CD/DVD. You can also archve from tools|option|other|autoarchive and then run from there. There is an option here to delete email messages when archiving. *********** When you archive Outlook [...]
It could be any number of things. Do other machines at your company have the same problem, or just this machine? Does it still happen if you stop the Exchange services before you reboot the machine? If you force the server down, then the Exchange service is going to have to cleanly mount the Exchange [...]
From my experience, Exchange needs to be installed on the same set as the OS due to Exchange files. This link should clarify if you are interested: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2005/07/11/407529.aspx
Here are good instructions to use: http://computerperformance.co.uk/exchange2003/exchange2003_recovery_options.htm
make sure that the “show this folder as an e-mail address book” tickbox in <i>Outlook Address Book Tab</i> is checked to make it visible when you are viewing from Address Book window.
Sounds more like you should be looking for a SaaS solution that’ll do all the above and more. They are always on, no ‘activating’ when needed plus they include multi-layer filtering and reporting as well. Look at our service, Cleartext ClearEmail and others like MessageLabs and MX Logic. Most of our clients are ex-Symantec, McAfee [...]
I am not a blackberry user, so I am not sure, but is there a view option set to view only unread mail? That would explain it “disappearing” after you read it. I often see this with outlook users when they claim there mail “disappears” after they read it. Changing the view to all mail [...]
Windows 7 beta seems to work fine. It’s faster than Vista, and they continued to improve the visual effects. One issue I found with all new operating systems is Server Admin pack compatibility. SP1 got it working in Vista, but they still have problems in the beta version.

From an existing client already on configured on the network. Open Outlook Move all of your existing Contact from your main Contacts folder into another folder so that the main folder named Contacts is empty. Tools => Address Book Show Names from the: => Global Address List Click the top name. Scroll to the bottom. [...]
As was touched on in the comments, use Windows Server 2003+’s group policy management to administer a phony proxy policy. In the policy, set the proxy address and port to something nonexistent, then tell it to bypass the proxy for certain addresses (your intranet). Also, as mentioned below, remove the connections tab in IE settings, [...]
Try using the public folder tool instead. Go and download <a href=”http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb508858.aspx”>PFDAVADmin at least v 2.8</a>. Install in on your local pc, not the exchange server. You will be able to view all system folders using that tool.
I use outlook 2007 also, and when I open the calendar view and put checks in the calendars I want to view along with mine, then when I close outlook and re-open it it opens with all those I had checked before I closed it. Are you saying yours defaults back to all unchecked again? [...]
Which colors do you want to change? Each time you open a new calendar and view it alongside yours Outlook automatically changes the color so you have less chance of getting confused about which calendar you are working with. (This is not a problem, this is a feature). Are those the colors you want to change? [...]
Try to send your mail in “MIME Format”… You could change this setting in your “location document”, in the mail tab
Looks like this can only be fixed server-side.
