You have to run the supervisors outlook with the cleanrules switch once . Then the NDR should disappear. outlook /cleanrules *********** Did you check the delegates tab in tools, options? Is this an exchange email connection or a POP3 connection? If exchange, what version of exchange? When you say it denies you access are you getting prompted for your credentials when you open outlook? You can change that behavior through the mail icon in the control panel. Have you tried removing and re-adding your profile?
That is a possibility. Have you been through the smtp logs on the exchange server to see what it shows you as the reason for the disconnect, like session was dropped, or session was disconnected or session rejected? Try getting the exchange admin for the receiving company on the phone if possible. They may be [...]
Click on “Folder List” in Outlook, then right-click your contacts folder and choose properties. Go to the outlook address book tab and make sure “show this folder as an email address book” is checked. You need to make sure that both sytems are at Windows 2003 mode.
There is no requirement for dates unless you want it to start or stop on specific days. That is only true if you are using Outlook 2007 and you do not say what version you are using. If it is Outlook 2007 then just do not select to start or stop on specific days. As [...]
You asked “how many number od db are allowed for mailbox “, did you mean how many mailboxes are allowed per database? That depends on how large you are allowing the mailboxes to get. MS recommends databases no larger than 60GB, so if you have a quota restriction of say 500MB then you can have [...]
Have you installed the latest service packs and rollups for Exchange and Outlook? You did not mention what version of Exchange. If you have not done this, try the updates and see if that resolves it.
No setting that I know of, no. Rather than “save and close” can they accept? Could be the new version is ensuring when meeting notices are forwarded the organizer will be notified.
You should research third party Exchange Monitoring software. There are many out there. We use Quest Spotlight on Exchange. Otherwise your desktop security team should have monitoring in place to see this as well.
Sorry, but no that is not possible.
If this is exchange 2007 you need to create and mount a public folder data base using the exchange management console. Advantages are that multiple users can access and edit the same folders, calendars, notes, contacts, whatever type of folder you create. Also you can control access and visibility of the folders. The Exchange production [...]

You can mark them as privat What I actually meant is when I mark it private and select as free time, the slot still shows up in the shared view. In outlook, you can customize personal views that filter out certain types of entries (ie. private and free) however, when you share your calendar for [...]

To be certain, I contacted Microsoft licensing to address your question. According to MS, you do need 2 sets of CAL in general. There are several types of CAL: per Seat, per Server, per Processor & per Mailbox. Your licensing need depends on the type of CAL already installed. Since you has CALs for another [...]
I just got a job as the messenging engineer for a large firm. I’ve used Exchange for ten years, but now I’m going to have to start specializing in it. I quickly had to get up to speed, so I was curious about the same things you are, and how they implemented them here. First [...]

This is not a problem, this is a “feature”. There is no way to make this work from within your profile. You have to set up a profile as the other mailbox and open outlook with that second profile in order for sent items to stay in that folder and say they came from that [...]
