Hello, I have a Microsoft Exchange system that is handling email for two remote companies connected via Sites and Services. Email at the primary location flows without any issues, but users with the ‘second’ email address name are unable to send email. They can receive email, but nothing happens when they send.

Wondering if anyone else uses Mirapoint email appliance? What have been your experiences with it. Both with Mirapoint in terms of support and with the server itself, and the quality of service. We have the appliance serving about 1000 clients, connected to a NetApp backend storage.
