Everytime i send an email from my outlook i recieve an email from Mailer-Daemon telling me that the email has been delivered. It is becoming annoying as i have to delete these emails all day. How do i stop this????

Our company has a BIS, all of a sudden sending emails from BB stop. It has a sent mark on BB but the messages didn’t go thru to the recepient.(connected using POP3). Suprisingly all incoming emails are going in. I tried to check the POP3 using outlook and doesnt have any problem. Kindly let me know your thoughts on this.

Hello,

I just created an email form in outlook 2007 (Tools>Form>Design a Form>Message). I have published this form, and people are using it.

When the form is used, the custom fields are visible to the sender and to the person who receives the initial email. Any replies/forwards after the inital email lose the custom fields.

Is there a way to keep the custom form’s fields in an email chain? I would appreciate any tips you could offer!

OWA/iPhones not working after exchange 2003 reinstall

Hello all. Due to a problem with exchange 2003 I have had to do a reinstall. Exchange is now working but OWA is not working properly any more. I can log in to OWA but when I try to reply to an email the email body field is blue with a little red cross in it. I have worked through the MS doc on deleting and recreating directories for OWA in IIS and users who could not log into OWA now can but I still have the above issue. Plus our managers with smartphones/iPhones cannot recieve email. Help! thanks Tracy

Shared Outlook 2007 Mailbox + Rule Sets

I have a shared mailbox with about 20 people. We would like all items that go into the inbox to be sorted into folders based on their subjects. I can do this for my personal email box, but cannot figure out how to apply the rules to this shared box. When I create a rule, it says “client-only.” Can someone please help me out?

(We are uysing Outlook 2007).
