Hi

We are testing our exchange backup software with different OS and Exchange. We have Exchange 2007 on Windows 2003 as well as Windows 2008.We are using MSDN CD’s for testing. In all the Windows 2008 Exchange 2007 machines, when we open the Exchange MMC under server configuration —> mailbox, we cannot able to see all storage groups and its database path.It shows only “there are no items to show in this view”.I have checked all the view
properties, every thing seems to be ok.Also this happens after some days,ie after installtion it
shows correctly and we can able to mount/dismount the databases. After some successful backup and restore of databases, this problem happens.

We have Exchange 2007 on Windows 2003 64 bit servers,in this scenario no problem happens
and can able to view always. This problem happens only on Windows 2008 os machines. Is there
any settings (Commandlet) available to show the storage groups?. Is any settings will be there is change to work?

Cheers
Gopal
