Sir i am using Exchange 5.5 in our orgnaisation and we choose in
IMS(routing restriction) i check the box hosts and client that
sucessfully authnticate tab if we not choose that box we cant configure
clients through pop3 and the result is spam mails is genrating please
provide me a specific solution for not genrating spam emails and also give me the name of best spam mails stop softwares supported by exchange 5.5.

We are using exchange server 5.5 with SBS 2003 removed user box by mistake. Set user back up is there anyway to retrieve old emails and contact info I can can find removed box but cant figure out how to get info

We started migration at this site and have multiple sites throughout the US. We have Exchange 5.5 and Installed Exchange 2007 and Active Directory. We have noticed that the meeting request function in Outlook 2002 is erratic from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2007 users. Some get the meeting requests correctly and others as a plain text email. I send to three 2007 users and one will get it correctly. Another user sends the same request to the same three people and 2 will get the correct request and another plain text. I can login to another computer and get totally different results. Has anyone seen this problem before? We stopped this migration until this can be resolved.

I have a user on one of my sites that cannot see the company GAL. This particular site is running Outlook 2003 as the email client, and Exchange 5.5. I am new to Exchange, and I realise this is a very old version of Exchange, I would appreciate any pointers. thanks.

I do not know yet the Exchange version (maybe 5.5 or 2003) but the target will be Domino 7.0.1
in an existing domain of our company.

There will be about 300-400 users.

Any advice ? TIA

Moving a few users at a time. How to I forward mail from exchange 2003 to exchange 5.5 for users that have yet to be migrated? Would appreciate any help.
