Currently have 1700+ mailboxes on 4 exchange servers most over 1GB, some as high as 16GB, no storage policy in place today, running most access to outlook via Citrix. total mailbox store are approaching 1TB of storage. ~70% to 75% stale data. Using Circular logging on exchange 2000, looking to upgrade to exchange 2007 and upgrade Active Directory as well. Need to implement archiving solution first. Business is building materials distribution, 90%+ of users are non technical &#8211; need a solution that is mostly or totaly transparent to the end user.</p>
