I tried to get logging to work but even though I was logged into the Domain administrator acount it would not let me. I tracked down where the share was and added Domain Administrator with read access. This still yeilded a error message about permissions when i tried to enable logging and would not...

Check the event logs at the time you try to login to OWA on the PC as well as the involved servers. Also check the log that shows the transactions of OWA. Post your findings here, and whether you have resolved to problem or not based on the information found in the logs.
If memory serves me correctly all users should by default be able to send to any DL within the org.

A single exchange server is just fine. Outlook can only connecto one Exchange server at a time so having two seperate Exchange setups wouldn't be of any use (not to mention expensive). A single Exchange server can handle many domains. At my company we have about 10 email domains with different...
Have you tried asking the mail administrator at test.com to whitelist your domain? This will sometimes get past mystery glitches.... He sad me that we have not blacklist.
One of my clients used to use Sockets for communicating between an AS400 and a Unix box and that worked very well. I keep meaning to "have a go" with socket programming and have seen a lot of good press on Scott Klement's tutorial at http://www.scottklement.com/rpg/socktut/index.html Hope it...
Dont forward it !!!! All what you have to do is to create a " Mail Rule" in the mailbox of the user
Do all users need their own directory entry to send emails. No. They only need a directory entry if they're using SNADS functions. If the e-mail is going to be all SMTP, then there probably shouldn't be any SNADS elements dragged into it. Is there a way for anyone to signon to the system and use...
What mail client is this user using ? After hitting the replay button, have you tried removing the user email address, and writing another address, or even writing this user address by hand ? the problem persists ? I had a similar problem a few years ago, and I remember the problem was caused for...
Submit the error to Microsoft. It is a beta, this kind of stuff happens. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Already did. The problem seems to have corrected itself. Notifying me there was an error with a PDF plug in (that I never use). I disabled it. -Schmidtw

From what I can see, You can create a forwarding rule within OOO (RULES button in Out-of-office Assistant). I don't think you can forward outside your domain (well, at least we can't) but, if you put the BB account in a hidden Mail Contact address, you can forward to that.
I've done mailbox moves of more than 5 from one database to another. What Exchange will do is batch them in 5's. Then as one mailbox is done, it will auto start another, and then continue until all are complete. We have move a few hundred, left it, and in the morning were all done.
if you browse the folder/s you need to access. (i will assume NTFS is being used on volume.) 1) Right click on the folder/s. select sharing and security option, then select security tab, then click ADVANCED button, then select owner tab, you should se admin accounts there select the correct one...

Can you clarify a little bit. You say "we are receiving our mails but some are not going into mailboxes" What exactly are you talking about ? Where are the e-mails going ?
In Outlook, go to the File menu and choose New....Outlook Data File. This creates a local *.pst file. By default, it wants to bury this file in your Documents and Settings profile folder, but you can place it anywhere you want by typing in a path. Once it's created, you'll see an item called...
Create a contact in Exchange which has the correct name and email address listed. Give John and Jan access to send as this email address. When they reply to emails they will need to change the from field in Outlook to this address. There's no way to make this automatic.
