I have a rule to forward email to my gmail account. I will forward from outside addresses but will not forward internal email. Any thoughts

Problem with outlook - help!!!!

My outlook has stopped me sending e-mails, they return not from administrator with message 503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA. When I looked at my e-mail accounts and try to send a test message I'm told to verify my e-mail address. Help!!!
