MS Exchange Setup Wizard opens. I do NOT use Outlook I only use Outlook Express (OE). Outlook is not installed. canceling the Wizard states I can configure MS Exchange by dbl-clicking the Exchange icon (It does not exist) Then to create a new profile use the mail icon in the control panel (again no such icon).

OE6 works fine and will send a full size photo as a attachment or in body of Email; its when I try to resize from MY pictures or Picasa.

If while exchange wizard box active; in Task Manager says its running >I go to process>says its in IE. internet explorer

In programs under Email there is nothing shown,nothing in dropdown box ?
HTML =nothing
Email =nothing
Newsgroup =outlook express [ I do not use]
Internet call =Net meeting [ I do not use]

I can fill a form in on web and receive Emails back as normal.

Its just the resize that throws that dratted wizard up.
Oh please help I would be Sooo.. grateful.
