How do I save old emails onto my computer from Exchange 2003 when they are kept on the server?  I do not want to have too many on the server taking space. We are using Outlook 2003 on the desktops and notebooks. Is there an easy way to do this?   Thanks

store drive FULL, Exchange on server 2003 Ent. Edit.
33gb drive, Priv1.edb & stm consuming 30gb + others = 10mb!! PLEASE, best way to avoid disaster. read about offline defrag but no room. any pointers to step by step or other ideas. best part…I’m user level help desk, now apparently Exchange expert??wtf. help!!

All e-mail in inbox disappear after mailbox successfully move to a second storage group Ex2007
I added a 2nd storage group and mail database to split the currently large database. 1 out of 15 users lost all e-mail in the inbox. I can’t find them anywhere. Please help…any idea…
