Exchange server restoring selected mailboxes from edb file

I have *.edb, *.GUID and *.log files as backups for some Storage Groups. Is there a way to list the mailboxes from these files alone and restore a specific mailbox to the exchange server? Is there a way to accomplish my requirement without having to purchase a third party tool? Software/Hardware...

In exchange system manager I drill down to First Storage Group - Mail Box Store() - MAilboxes. I then add up the column Size (KB) and the total is 98G but if I look at the priv1.* and Pub1.* they total about 58G. My boss believes we are out of space because our DB limit is 75G. Can someone help...
