I have 2 email accounts on different exchange servers. How can I veiw and manage both email accounts using outlook 2003 on one computer?
I am using exchange with one account between 5 computers. Also have a pop account for each computer. When one computer recieves an email from their pop account all 5 computers are getting them. How do I configure so the pop account emails only go to their designated computer

Can i allow multiple users to access a shared mailbox, but only with read or view onlu rights. We have shared mailboxes that 3 or 4 users have full rights over. to allow them to pull in that shared mailbox into their own outlook profile. can i limit their access to only view, or read. [...]
